Born and raised in New York, Nicolette Rauchut always had a passion for the art of hair. Her work has been seen in various fashion and beauty and publications, as well as Refinery 29, a leading media website with a focus on women. 

 

Nicolette's journey began at the Aveda Institute in NYC. From there, she took on many roles in the beauty industry. As an educator for Drybar, she worked in 3 of their top NYC locations. She also trained under several master stylists at Warren Tricomi, including Edward Tricomi himself. 

 

Today, Nicolette is the founder of You Look Stella, a place where both men and women can educate themselves and feel supported when it comes to their hair. She is also a senior stylist at LRNBeautyNYC, Her specialties include precision dry haircutting and various types of hair extensions. When she's not behind the chair, you can find Nicolette on fashion and editorial shoots or styling hair for brides-to-be.
